About the conference:

The 1st International Conference on Innovation in Computing Data And Electronics (InCODE-2026) is a globally recognized event to be organized by the Department of CSE-Data Science and Electronics Communication Engineering at OIST, Bhopal, India, technically co-sponsored by IEEE MP Section. Serving as a prestigious platform, this flagship conference will facilitate the dissemination of cutting-edge advancements across a spectrum of disciplines, including Big Data, Machine Learning and Deep Learning , Cyber security Blockchain Technology , Data Mining , Cloud , Quantum Computing Digital Signal, Sensor Design , Internet of Things (IoT),Wireless Sensor Networks , VLSI Design, Robotics and Automation, Embedded Electronics General Topics for Engineers and allied domains. As a recurring annual event with worldwide participation, InCODE-2026 will converge experts, researchers, scholars, and industry professionals from around the world to share and deliberate on their work, offering profound insights into emerging technological trends. In adherence to global trends, InCODE -2026 will be conducted in a hybrid mode at OIST, Bhopal, allowing for both in-person and virtual participation. We anticipate a strong turnout of authors and participants, fostering engaging discussions and impactful networking opportunities.

Accepted papers will be submitted for inclusion into IEEE Xplore subject to meeting IEEE Xplore’s scope and quality requirements.

Call for Papers

The 1st International Conference on Innovation in Computing Data And Electronics (InCODE-2026) invites researchers, academics, industry professionals, and practitioners to submit their original research papers for presentation at the conference.

InCODE-2026 provides a platform for experts across disciplines to explore emerging trends, innovations and opportunities in the interconnected realms of data science, AI, and communication networks.

Paper Submission

• Papers must be original and not simultaneously submitted to another journal or conference.

• Papers should not exceed 6 pages including figures, tables, and references.
• All submissions will be peer-reviewed and evaluated based on originality, technical quality, and relevance to the conference themes.
• The working language of the conference is English, which will be used for all printed material, presentations and discussion.

• Total file size of the paper must not exceed 5 MB.

IEEE policies:

The E-Copyright form must be submitted by the author or presenter at the time of registration. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., by not including it in IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference. Papers are reviewed on the basis that they do not contain plagiarized material and have not been submitted to any other conference at the same time (double submission). These matters are taken very seriously and IEEE will take action against any author who has engaged in either practice.

Note: The Microsoft CMT service was used for managing the peer-reviewing process for this conference. This service was provided for free by Microsoft and they bore all expenses, including costs for Azure cloud services as well as for software development and support.

Camera Ready Guidelines

A. For successful submission of camera-ready paper, carefully follow the instructions mentioned below:

• You have already received the comments by the reviewers through notification email. Please incorporate the reviewers’ suggestions when preparing your camera-ready paper for the proceedings. The page limit is six pages and is strict.
• At least one author must register with Full Author Registration and present the selected paper at IC-InCODE 2026, in order for the paper to be considered for inclusion on IEEE Xplore. Each registration is meant for ONE (01) participant to attend the conference only. Co-author(s) who are also participating in the conference will need to register separately under the appropriate registration category. Please keep the proof of payment with you as it will be asked to be submitted.
• Please make sure that the similarity index of your manuscript is below 15%, using standard plagiarism-checking software (e.g., Turnitin, etc.), before submitting the camera-ready paper from your end to confirm the submission of the paper to IEEE Xplore. If the similarity index is more than 15%, then your paper will not be included in the conference proceedings
• The authors are urged to ensure that the camera-ready submission strictly follows the IEEE Template given at https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html The camera-ready papers that do not meet these requirements will not be submitted for further consideration to IEEE Xplore.
• Before submitting the camera-ready paper and e-copyright transfer form on Microsoft CMT create PDF through PDF eXpress of your manuscript.
• The final manuscript should have the copyright clearance code notice at the bottom of the first page. Kindly refer to the LaTex/Word template provided here: https://www.ieee.org/conferences/publishing/templates.html and replace the dummy code at the first-page bottom with this code (as shown in sample image 1) whichever is applicable:

B. Before Creating a PDF

• Add the copyright clearance code notice to the bottom of the first page of your paper as shown in sample image 1.
• Proof read your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.

C. Instructions for Authors to Create Final PDF for IC-DECoN-2025 Submission

Prior to the Final Submission, the pdf file should be created through PDF eXpress (https://ieee-pdf-express.org/). If you generated a pdf from Latex, then again, you have to check it through PDF eXpress. The instructions for IEEE PDF eXpress are:

Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress site https://ieee-pdf-express.org/

1. First create the account on IEEE PDF eXpress site (if no account created before). Select create an account in link https://ieee-pdf-express.org/ or directly click on https://ieee-pdf-express.org/account/signup

a. Enter the following:
- 67170X for the Conference ID
- your email address
- a password

b. Continue to enter information as prompted.

c. An Online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent on your email for verifying your account setup.
- After Verification, log into your IEEE PDF eXpress account by entering the Conference ID, email address, and password.

d. Authors already having eXpress Accountneed to add DECoN-2025 through following steps:
- Login by entering Conference ID (67170X ), email address and password. (Sample Image: 3)
- Click Associate your account with the conference (if you have IEEE Pdf Express Account).

2. Fill up the information needed for the user profile and submit once completed after login.

3. Go to the Dashboard and Click create new title for your paper.

5. Upload File word/pdf format (if you generated by Latex) created earlier having copyright clearance code. Click Continue once the file is chosen.

6. Click Continue again.

7. Conversion will be in progress (Word file will take a while to complete)

8. If successful, you will get this message. Click Ok.

9. Click Download PDF ICON to download the pdf express verified file.

D. Author Console

You should submit your camera-ready paper and e-copyright transfer form on Microsoft CMT (See Sample Image 12 given below) for IC-DECoN-2025. First, click on the create camera ready submission and upload the final pdf created above.

After that, on author console, click on Submit IEEE Copyright Form. The IEEE Copyright Form Submission page opens in CMT (Sample Image 13). You must read the instructions before proceeding.

Click here to redirect to the IEEE Copyright website. You will be directed to the IEEE Copyright Web Site to submit IEEE Copyright Form (Sample Image 14)

Upon completion, download the completed IEEE Copyright Form in PDF. When you are finished, you will be redirected back to Author Console on CMT(Sample Image 15).

Once you have the IEEE Copyright file, you may either drag and drop the file into the dotted region or click ‘Upload from Computer’ to upload the file that way. Then click ‘Save’as shown in below image 15.

You may create a new title if you have more than one paper accepted for this conference or you can repeat the process if any change in the final paper.

Registration Guidelines

• Please note that the fees shown in the above table are inclusive of all taxes and levies. Any gateway charges along with applicable taxes or levies, if any, will have to be borne by the registrant.
• IEEE member fees discount is only applicable if an active IEEE membership number is provided in the registration form. IEEE members are requested to upload IEEE membership details during the online registration process, if registering under IEEE category.
• Students are defined as full-time students, enrolled for degrees or diplomats with a university or another similar institution. The proof of enrolment (Valid Student ID showing name and current status) should be scanned and uploaded on the registration system).
• All registrations include admission to all technical sessions.
• At least one of the authors must complete an author registration by the final camera-ready paper submission deadline for their paper to be included in the final program of the conference.
• One author registration covers only one paper.
• Payment can be made by any UPI like Phonepe, Paytm or Google Pay.
• For any registration category, no refunds will be made in any case.
